Luke has always liked being upright even as an infant. I figured he would learn to sit pretty early due to that. In the last week he has gotten so much stronger. He is sitting up pretty good but isn't a pro yet. I imagine he will be doing really well by the end of the week. I remember putting the boppy pillow behind Noah for the longest time so he wouldn't lay back and hit his head so hard. Here is Luke displaying his new talent.
Such a big boy!
He still falls back often when raising his arms or reaching too far to the side.

He will be 6 months on Sept 4th. His new talent will be helpful as he starts to eat baby food. I think he will catch on quickly. I gave him Tylenol when getting his 4th tooth last week and he was trying to chew and swallow the liquid. I am hoping he will also learn to take a bottle or at least breast-milk in a sippy cup. Momma needs a break!
Noah had so much trouble learning to eat; he would spit out everything, including Tylenol. Noah still spits out foods he doesn't like...we are working on that. But Luke wants to be like he big brother and loves playing with him. So here's one of his first steps to learning all big brother knows!
Cutie!
